Wow, I just read everything you posted, and MOST of the comments (can you say TIME was on my hands??). This was amazing! I CANNOT believe I hadn't heard of this before. It just amazes me how some companies are. I have dealt with other, but just as frustrating issues with other companies before (namely Sprint and Time Warner Cable, as well as Charter Communications). I am curious as to what the outcome with the teeshirts were. I think you are awesome for pursuing this as hard and head-on as you did, that is really amazing!
